I ordered blinds and they showed up in the wrong size, so I sent over photos and all the details they asked for. Then I just sat there waiting days for a reply, only to get one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages that didn’t actually help with anything.
They kept trying to push a replacement instead of just giving me the refund I asked for, and even that replacement process was slow and confusing. It still isn’t sorted out, and the repeated copy-paste apologies made it even more frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"A bit trickier than expected"
This was harder to install than I thought it would be, haha. The instructions were kind of confusing, and the brackets didn’t line up quite right. It took me way longer than expected, and I still ended up with one a little crooked.

The blinds themselves look fine once they’re up, so no complaints there. But my order showed up missing a couple of brackets, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I had to reach out to support and wait for the missing pieces, so it kind of felt like someone didn’t check the box before sending it out. It did get fixed in the end, but still a frustrating start

I measured everything before ordering, but the fit wasn’t even close when it arrived. Not sure if the sizing is just off or if something got mixed up, but yeah...

I tried ordering blinds through the website, but it kept freezing on me and the sizing options were really confusing. At one point I felt kind of trapped in the process, like every time I fixed one thing, the cart changed something else. After about 20 minutes of going in circles, I gave up. Just wasn’t worth the hassle

"Pretty good blinds, just not amazing"
These blinds look nice enough and were simple to install. They do help with the light during the day, but I still get some sun coming in around the edges. Privacy is fine at night as long as they’re fully closed, though I wouldn’t call it perfect. For the price, they’re decent, I just thought they’d block out a little more light

Support eventually got back to me, but it took a while, and by then I was already annoyed. What really bothered me was finding out I had to pay more than I thought just to send them back. It felt like one thing was implied upfront, then something else happened once I needed help. The blinds themselves may be fine for some people, but the return experience was enough for me. I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

The blinds showed up with one corner bent, which was a little disappointing. I’ve ordered similar blinds before and they arrived in better shape, so this stood out to me. That said, they’re still usable and not worth the hassle of returning for my situation

"Didn’t look like I expected"
I was disappointed when these blinds showed up. In the photos, the material looked more textured and kind of nicer, but in person it felt cheaper and way smoother than I expected. I even checked the listing again while standing in my kitchen with the box still on the floor, because I thought maybe I ordered the wrong ones. They’re not awful, but definitely not what I thought I was getting.

"Color Was Nothing Like the Sample"
I ordered blinds from justblinds.com after looking at the color online, and it was supposed to be this warm light gray that would go nice in my room.
When they showed up, the color was totally different. It was more like a dull beige-green, and it just do not match anything. Next to my window trim, it looked kind of cheap, which was really disappointing.
I contacted customer service and they basically said colors can vary on screens. I get that, but this was not even close to what I seen online. I was let down and I probably won’t order from them again

"Measurements were off even after following their guide"
I followed their measuring instructions as carefully as I could, and the blinds still showed up the wrong size. The inside mount directions really aren’t as clear as they make them sound. When I contacted customer service, I basically got told it was my fault, which was frustrating. Their whole site uses a lot of polished, reassuring language, but when there’s an actual issue, that doesn’t mean much. Now I’m stuck with blinds that don’t fit, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

My experience was kind of hit or miss. The order eventually showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. If you’re not in a rush, it might be fine, but the wait was frustrating

The installation instructions were confusing and made the whole thing take longer than it should have. I kept feeling like a simple step was missing or written in a weird way. Also, the way some parts were explained made me wonder if there were extra costs or hidden fees I was supposed to run into later, which didn’t exactly make me feel great about the process

"Delivery was late again"

I was already in a kind of impatient mood when I sat down to order blinds on justblinds.com, and the whole process definitely didn’t help. I had a promo code ready to use, but it didn’t apply to the blinds I chose, which was frustrating. Then, right after I placed my order, another sale popped up. I’m sure other customers might feel the same way, the discounts can be confusing, and it’s hard to tell if you’re actually getting the best deal

"Not sure what I was expecting, but these feel cheap"
I probably should’ve looked a little closer before ordering, but these blinds were disappointing. They felt flimsy right out of the box, and the slats bend way too easily. One corner was already chipped too, which made me wonder if I just made a bad call buying them. For the price, I expected something sturdier. I don’t think I’d order from them again.
